1977
Prospectiva began in 1977 to undertake Engineering Studies and Projects. The business began work in the field of Urban Water Supplies before rapidly expanding into other market segments: Environment, Water resources, Treatment of Drinking Water and Sewerage, Buildings, Transport, Means of Communication, Infrastructure, etc.
1988
In 1988 Prospectiva started to work in the Project Management, Coordination and Supervision of Construction Contracts areas. Subsequently, other areas of activity were added: Coordination of Health and Safety, Environmental Management and Professional Training.
Today
Prospectiva is currently an engineering consultancy company with over 47 years of experience, around 160 employees and an overall turnover of EUR 12,2 million. It is present in several countries, namely Angola, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique, Morocco, São Tomé and PrÃncipe, Ivory Coast, Burundi, Tunisia, Malawi and Madagascar.

The scope of this certification covers the following activities: Provision of Services in the Global Areas of Studies and Projects (including Elaboration and Review), Coordination (including Site Safety Coordination), Supervision and Quality Management of Public and Private Works Projects in Mainland Portugal.
